Two tubes, one routine
Same cleaning base, same mint, same enamel care. What changes is what each tube is built to do to the rest of your day.

Real routines
I used to brush my teeth, sit on the edge of the bed and lose forty minutes. Since Rise I just… don't. Something about the cold mint plus the caffeine means by the time I've rinsed I'm already moving. Rest is the other half of it — I'm actually tired at 11 instead of wired.
The problem was never that I couldn't sleep, it was that I never felt sleepy enough to put the phone down. Brushing with Rest has become the signal. I get in bed, scroll a bit, and I'm out before I've finished a video. Genuinely didn't expect toothpaste to fix that.
I was on three cups by lunch and crashing anyway. Rise doesn't hit like coffee, it's more that the foggy part of the morning just doesn't happen. I'm down to one cup because I want it, not because I need it. Bought the bundle again after the first pair ran out.
Brushing is the first thing I do and it used to be the moment I'd talk myself out of going. Now it's the moment I wake up properly. Three months in and I haven't skipped a session. My wife uses Rest and swears it's why she stopped waking up at 3am.
Bought it for the sleep side. Kept it because after about a month the coffee staining on my front teeth had visibly lifted. Two things I actually wanted from one swap, and it doesn't taste like a gimmick — just a very good cold mint.
The difference
You're brushing twice a day either way. The only question is what those four minutes give back.
Zero risk
Use both tubes properly for three months. If your mornings are no sharper and your nights are no easier, we refund you in full — and you don't send anything back.
Rise when you get up, Rest before bed. Two minutes each, every day.
That's roughly one full pair of tubes — long enough to know either way.
Email support@tryryne.com. We refund you and you keep the tubes.
One refund per customer. Full terms in our refund policy.
Questions
It shouldn't. Both formulas are fluoride-free and use a gentle hydrated silica and calcium carbonate polish rather than a harsh abrasive, plus hydroxyapatite, which is closely related to the mineral your enamel is already made of. There's no SLS — we use sodium lauroyl sulfoacetate and cocamidopropyl betaine instead, which are far less likely to trigger irritation or mouth ulcers.
If you have sensitive gums, active gum disease or recent dental work, check with your dentist first, and stop using it if any irritation appears.
A small amount — far less than a cup of coffee. It's formulated for the mouth rather than the stomach, so the point isn't a dose, it's a fast, local wake-up while you brush.
Most people keep their morning coffee. They just report not needing it quite so urgently. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with Rise a few times a week and see how you respond.
Rise feels like a very cold, very sharp mint. The lift is a clean alertness rather than a jolt — closer to stepping outside on a cold morning than to an energy drink.
Rest is the same mint but noticeably softer, with no cold snap. It won't knock you out. It nudges a routine you already have in the direction of sleep.
Rest contains a small amount of melatonin alongside chamomile and valerian root, and it isn't swallowed — you brush, rinse and spit as normal. It's designed to support winding down rather than sedate you.
If you're already taking melatonin supplements, or any medication that affects sleep, speak to your doctor before adding another source.
No. Ryne is toothpaste. Brush for two minutes, then rinse and spit as you normally would. Do not swallow, and keep both tubes out of reach of children.
Ryne is a cosmetic oral care product, not a medicine. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
It lifts surface staining — the coffee, tea and wine kind — using hydroxyapatite with a gentle polish. That's a gradual, natural brightening most people notice over a few weeks.
It is not a peroxide bleach, so it won't change your natural tooth shade. If you want dramatic whitening, that's a dentist conversation, not a toothpaste one.
Electric brushes are completely fine — use your normal technique. If your dentist has specifically recommended fluoride, follow their advice: you can use Ryne for one of your two daily brushes and your fluoride paste for the other.
Each tube is 3.3oz — around 90 brushes at a normal pea-sized amount. Using Rise every morning and Rest every night, the pair lasts roughly three months for one person.
Then you don't pay for it. You have 90 days, you don't need to send the tubes back, and one email to support@tryryne.com starts it. That's the whole process.
