This website is operated by Ryne ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting tryryne.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependants to use it. Ryne products are intended for adults and are not intended for children.

Products and pricing

We try to display our products, ingredients and colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows them exactly. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, and correct pricing or description errors — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you warrant that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Product use and health disclaimer

Ryne Rise and Ryne Rest are cosmetic oral care products. They are not medicines, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Ryne toothpaste is for external use in the mouth only. Do not swallow. Brush and rinse as directed. Keep out of reach of children.

Rise contains caffeine and Rest contains melatonin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, sensitive to caffeine, or living with a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Statements about alertness, sleep, whitening and oral care describe intended product experience and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to harvest personal information, to interfere with the site's security features, or to submit false or misleading information.

This site may link to third-party content or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and including a link does not mean we endorse them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryne and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryne from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
