Where is my order?
Orders ship from the USA within 1–2 business days and you will get tracking by email as soon as the label is created. If it has been longer than that, send us your order number and we will chase it.
How do I return something?
Email us from the address you ordered with, within sixty nights of delivery. You do not need to send the tubes back — we will refund you and close it out.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped yet, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we will catch it before it leaves.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the United States while we get the rest of it right.
